POSITION SUMMARY
As a Recruiter for Outcomes Health Information Solutions, you will be sourcing, calling, and screening candidates to staff temporary projects throughout the United States for our Field Reviewer positions. These candidates include RN’s, LPN’s, Certified Medical Coders, Medical Record Clerks, and Medical Assistants. The Recruiter is responsible for properly conveying information about the position, company, and for making hiring recommendations. The Recruiter may also staff internal or additional short term staffing needs.

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing every element of the recruitment lifecycle including researching, sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring temporary staff, and/or referring permanent candidates to the appropriate manager, on a national basis. The incumbent is also responsible for developing and implementing effective employee retention programs.

The key responsibility for the Field Reviewer Advocate is to directly communicate with Field Reviewers to facilitate all necessary actions in relation to collecting medical information, solving problems, and monitoring and reporting daily work performance.

The Field Review Trainer conducts company training programs for Field Reviewers. Responsibilities include the design and implementation of training strategies and curriculum to improve organizational effectiveness.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position reports directly to the Manager, Field Reviewer Quality. The Field Reviewer Quality Analyst follows established processes, using tools to monitor Field Reviewer performance to ensure delivery of services of the highest quality from our field staff, documents performance to quality standards and participates in the identification of training needs based on collective analysis of data collected, and functions as a member of the Field Reviewers Quality Analysis department working cooperatively with other team members, Manager, and other departments within Outcomes.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position works closely with other departments in creating and maintaining work plans for field staff, identifying areas of need for Recruiting, creating staffing orders for internal departments based on sample sizes, monitoring hiring and scheduling progress to determine ongoing field staff needs for each project and gathering data to help analysis for each project.

POSITION SUMMARYClinical Auditors are responsible for applying clinical and/or medical coding knowledge in the review of evidentiary documentation in medical records. This position requires the ability to perform accurate and complete diagnostic coding, abstraction of pharmaceutical studies, HEDIS medical record reviews, and other related duties.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are currently recruiting RNs, LPNs, MA’s, Certified Coders, and RHIT or RHIA professionals to work as Medical Records Reviewers (Field Reviewers) for projects throughout the United States. Our reviewers visit physicians' offices to retrieve and review specific documents from medical records for various projects and studies.
