Wanda Kochhar has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including financial and operations management; mergers and acquisitions; business development; healthcare reimbursement; and regulatory systems. She has extensive knowledge of the payer and point-of-care market segments, as well as home health, DME/RT, pharmacy, therapies and diagnostics.
ANIL KOCHHAR, BSEE, MSCS, CO-FOUNDER, VICE CHAIRMAN, BOARD OF DIRECTORSAnil Kochhar has applied knowledge of information technology and operations management to the development of enterprise solutions for more than 30 years. Prior to Outcomes, Mr. Kochhar served as a Chief Information Officer of worldwide engineering and operations in satellite communications, programming, and network management.
GARY VELASQUEZ, MBA, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERGary Velasquez has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare services. Prior to Outcomes, he was Chief Executive Officer of Synarc, a specialty Contract Research Organization. He was also a senior executive at Health Net, Inc., a large publicly traded healthcare services company. In this role, Mr. Velasquez was responsible for more than 10 operating subsidiaries in addition to directing Health Net’s Information Systems and New Venture divisions. Prior to Health Net, he held various operational, financial and technology roles with Managed Health Network (now a Health Net subsidiary), Equicor and PacifiCare Health Systems.
NEIL FLANZRAICH, A.B., J.D., BOARD OF DIRECTORSNeil Flanzraich has more than 25 years of executive board experience. He served as Vice Chairman and President of IVAX Corporation and as Chairman of the Board for North American Vaccine, Inc. and Life Sciences Group of Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe. In addition, he spent 14 years as Senior Vice President, Chief Counsel and member of the Executive and Operating Committees of Syntex Corporation.
MEREDITH MATTHEWS, M.D., M.P.H., MEDICAL DIRECTOR, BOARD OF DIRECTORSDr. Meredith Mathews has more than 20 years of extensive experience in health plans, disease management and medical group management. He currently serves with Blue Shield of California as the plan's Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Mathews previously served as Chief Medical Officer for DaVita Village Health and LifeMasters, as well as 2 one-million-member health plans.
KELLY MONICAL, J.D., BOARD OF DIRECTORSKelly Monical has several years of operational and account management experience working in various capacities in the healthcare industry. She has spearheaded numerous initiatives evaluating the efficiency of critical technologies and business processes. Ms. Monical has served as Assistant General Counsel and has led client services teams, successfully managing multi-million dollar national accounts.
CHRIS YINDRA, BOARD OF DIRECTORSChris Yindra has over 20 years of diversified expertise in technology infrastructure development, data analytics, and telecommunications. He has served as Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and was the owner of CY Associates, Inc. which provided consulting and training services. He has authored many published works for SAS National User Groups. At Nauset Software, Inc., Mr. Yindra developed and authored HEDIS® administrative software solutions.
